MonitorBizz is an all-in-one ERP platform designed for Indian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Our service includes invoicing, inventory management, customer management, purchase orders, vendor management, expense tracking, team management, and reporting modules.
To use our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
MonitorBizz operates on a subscription-based model. Payment terms are outlined in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Your data privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
MonitorBizz is designed to assist with GST compliance for Indian businesses. However, users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
The MonitorBizz service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MonitorBizz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
In no event shall MonitorBizz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes via email or through our platform.
You may export a copy of your business's data at any time from your Business Profile page, and you may request permanent deletion of your business account and its data from the "Danger Zone" section of the same page. Deletion requests are subject to a 30-day grace/reactivation window, after which your account and data are permanently deleted or anonymized, except for financial and statutory records which are retained separately as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you delete your business account while a paid subscription is still active and unexpired, this is treated as voluntary early termination. Per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, no refund is issued for the remaining subscription period in that case.
